These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and cleaning services provided by Heaven Pro Cleaning Co. ("Heaven Pro," "we," "us"). By booking a service or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services & quotes

We provide residential and commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, post-construction cleaning, and pressure washing in the Roanoke, VA area. Online prices are estimates. The final price may be adjusted once our team assesses the actual size and condition of the space. For an exact figure, you may request a free on-site quote from a sales representative.

2. Pricing & estimates

Quoted prices are subject to change based on actual conditions (e.g., heavier soiling, larger square footage, additional rooms). By paying a deposit you acknowledge and agree that the price may change upon arrival. A travel fee applies outside our core service area. We do not currently add sales tax.

3. Booking & deposits

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure a booking (except where a custom quote is requested). The remaining balance is due after the job is completed, unless you are enrolled in autopay or on commercial Net-15/Net-30 terms.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule for a full deposit refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the service forfeit the $50 deposit, which serves as the cancellation fee.

5. Payments

We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, and Venmo, processed securely through Stripe. We do not accept ACH. Cards may be saved on file but are only auto-charged if you opt into autopay. Tips may be added after service. Commercial clients may be offered invoicing on Net-15 or Net-30 terms.

6. Refunds & satisfaction

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If an area does not meet our standard, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean it at no charge. Monetary refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

7. Access, safety & property

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property (gate codes, lockbox/key info, parking). Please secure pets and valuables. Let us know of any hazards or special instructions in advance.

8. Recurring plans

Recurring weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans receive a standing discount and may be paused, resumed, or canceled from your account. Recurring visits within 24 hours are subject to the same cancellation policy.

9. Promotions

Promo codes and coupons are valid for the dates listed and may not be combined unless stated. We may modify or end promotions at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heaven Pro is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items not disclosed. Please report any concern within 24 hours of service.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
