- Account & usage — login credentials (passwords are stored hashed) and basic usage data.

- To schedule, deliver, and improve your cleaning services.
- To process deposits and payments and send receipts.
- To manage your account, bookings, and recurring plans.
- To communicate about your service and respond to messages.
3. How we share it
We share information only with service providers that help us operate — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/hosting), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.
